Creating my First Website in Wordpress - The Journey of a Blogger

Last time we talked about the importance of following the Google Adsense policies. Now, we are going to tackle the steps of creating a website/blogger account.

Creating a website account is very easy but creating the content is not when you do not have the knowledge in HTML / CSS or in short programming because you'll gonna need this. But, do you know that I am not a programmer either. I graduated a 2-year course taking up (AHRM) - Associate Hospitality and Restaurant Management. After I graduated I work in a fast-food restaurant for 6 months then I resigned and started my freelancing career. Did I mention that I am not internet savvy before? Pretty lame but it is true. I came from a very poor family, my father is a fisherman and my mother is a plain housewife. They have 6 children including me. So that is the main reason why I cannot afford to buy my very own laptop. So, before I learned to create my first website I studied the basic computer skills. And this is where my journey begins.

When I learned the basic computer skills I started to look for a job. I search for Craiglist, Fiverr, upwork, freelancer, etc.

The first thing I did is I applied online like data entry personnel. The job looks pretty easy but the truth is, it is not because you need to be internet savvy to be able to pass the job. So I study for a month focusing on data entry. And when I think I am fit to do the data entry job I created a video tutorial focusing on gathering data from the website.

So finally, I got a few responses from the client and luckily I was hired. And so, this is where my journey began as a data entry personnel.

The responsibility of a data entry operator is to look for data and submit it with no error. There are many pros and cons as data entry personnel. So if you are going to try to look for a job online then you must be alert at all times. I have met crook people around 3-4 times they did not pay me for the task I have done for them.  So again, I tried to look for another online job. But to my dismay I no longer get clients, so I look for alternative solutions. And this is what I found.

I tried some of them and luckily I have received my first payment. I grew impatient about my earnings in captcha entry so I search and look for another stable job.

So I stumble upon this affiliate website. They gave commission for every product that I sold. So, at first, I was hesitant for I do not know how or where to publish the campaigns. So I search on google "how to earn in affiliate sites" some of the answers recommend to build a website/blog or sell it on social media. So I decided to pursue creating my very first website using WordPress. I watched a youtube tutorial about on "how to create your own blog or website." And then, I search for free sites where I can apply what I learned from the video tutorial.

You have to study this until you learn to create your own website. I hope you are a fast learner. Because I studied it for 2 years before I master the navigation in WordPress. Its been 4 years now but still I consider myself as a newbie 😂😂.
