4. This is what it looks like when you are in the dashboard/backend. So let’s choose the theme for your blog. 

5. See the photo and click THEME located on the left side of the blog. 

6. These are the theme that is available for you to choose. If have chosen a theme already then click it.

7. For now, select SIMPLE to use as your temporary theme. Click Apply and then click the Got it.

8. On the left side of the dashboard click View Blog, you will see the frontend of the blog. As you can see it is bare. 

9. Lets add the name of your blog by going over to the top, in the upper right part of the blog and click design to get back into your backend/dashboard of your blog.

10. Go to “Layout” and click edit  in “header” and then add the title of your blog and also the description and click save. 

11. Let's try adding your first post! Click the “new post”  located on the top left of the blog and add your introduction in the “text box” and then click publish  and confirm.  

In your first post I suggest you introduce yourself. By doing these you can interact with your readers. 

12. To see your first post click “ view blog”  or the eye icon.

13. Congratulations on creating your first post. If you want to change the layout of your blog click “theme” and click “customized”.

14. Click “ Layout” and select what layout you want to use in the body of your blog. 

And do the same to footer. 

15. Click adjust widths only if you want to change the width of your blog.
